Dolly Parton was born on the 19th of January 1946 at Locust Ridge Tenn. She was raised alongside 12 other kids. The vivid imagination of her mother allowed her to escape the pressures of daily life. Parton left the show but in 1974, because her albums on her own like Joshua Coat Of Many Colors and Jolene beat out their collaborative albums.
